Fransabank Granted The “Women Empowerment Award 2012”
​Fransabank’s involvement in the empowerment of Lebanese women granted the Group its 9th award for this year: “The Women Empowerment Award 2012” by First Protocol during the 2nd   Social And Economic Award Distribution Ceremony that took place on the 1st of December 2012 in “Casino Du Liban” in the presence of a large gathering of key figures from the business, political, economy and media worlds.             
 
Fransabank was recognized for launching the first-of-its kind Najah Loan, which is the Group’s banking solution in helping women finance their small businesses. This initiative fell under Fransabank’s corporate social responsibility strategy and its constant belief that small-scale lending can make a difference in our society. 
 
In addition to Najah Loan, Fransabank offers its micro-credit “Ameen Loan” program which provides financial solutions to individuals with low income to help them develop their own small businesses and improve their lives.
