This service is available only on ‘3D Secure’ merchant websites that display the "Mastercard SecureCode" and "Verified by VISA" logos on their payment checkout page.

Payment Process


While shopping online on a ‘3D Secure’ merchant website, you will be prompted to enter a unique One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent via SMS to your latest mobile number registered at Fransabank. To complete your transaction, enter the OTP and click “Submit” for verification and then your purchase will be validated.

Fransabank cardholders are automatically enrolled free-of-charge.
